LONGi introduced the LONGi BLOCK solar system during Intersolar Europe. This product provides a complete container solution for off-grid enterprise applications. The system bypasses lengthy land approval processes and delivers immediate green power to remote locations.

Mobile system architecture allows six people to complete the setup process within four hours

The mechanical design allows rapid deployment without complex foundations or specialized tools. A crew of six people removes the locking pins and initiates the sequential extension with a single button press. The 20HC container requires three hours for full deployment. The larger 40HQP container requires four hours to expand completely. The site installation requires specific ground conditions. The horizontal height difference across three modules must remain under three centimeters. The total vertical gradient across the full length must remain under 30 centimeters. The mechanical hinges support one deployment and closure cycle per month over a fifteen-year system lifespan.

High efficiency Hi-MO X10 solar modules provide up to 239 kilowatts of localized capacity

The standard 20HC enclosure contains 184 Hi-MO X10 single glass solar modules to provide 119.6 kilowatts of capacity. The 40HQP transport unit houses 368 modules to deliver 239.2 kilowatts of output. Each individual solar module features a maximum power rating of 650 watts peak and operates at an efficiency of 24.1 percent. For European operations, LONGi Solar Europe installs GoodWe GT series string inverters or equivalent regional alternatives directly into the unit before shipment from China. This factory assembly qualifies the equipment for a 13 percent Chinese export tax refund.

Robust ingress protection and structural anchors secure the installation against extreme weather conditions

The components feature high protection standardX10s to ensure operational reliability in harsh environments. The solar modules carry an IP68 rating, the inverter maintains an IP66 rating, and the steel container has an IP54 rating. The 20HC system withstands wind speeds up to 21 meters per second during operation. The container body alone resists wind speeds up to 34 meters per second. Optional ground anchors and thicker structural steel components increase the maximum wind resistance to 56 meters per second for high pressure storm zones.

Official financial metrics demonstrate low electricity costs for European markets

Market evaluations confirm the economic viability of the mobile station for regional enterprises. The system achieves an LCOE of 5.14 US cents per kilowatt hour in Poland. The same system delivers power at 4.70 US cents per kilowatt hour in Ukraine. LONGi secures the investment with a comprehensive two-year system warranty. The Hi-MO X10 solar modules carry a 15-year product materials warranty and a 30-year linear power performance warranty.
