LONGi named Kiwa PVEL Top Performer for the eighth time

LONGi is among just three manufacturers worldwide to achieve top ratings across all reliability tests and PAN file performance in Kiwa PVEL’s 2025 PV Module Reliability Scorecard, marking its eighth time receiving this industry-leading distinction. The recognition highlights LONGi’s continued leadership in PV module reliability, performance consistency, and long-term energy yield.

Kiwa PVEL, a globally recognized independent testing laboratory, conducts its evaluations through the Product Qualification Program (PQP) - an intensive testing protocol that exceeds IEC certification standards. The PQP adheres to strict principles, including evidence-based data, standardized methods, and third-party witnessed sampling to prevent the selective submission of high-performing “golden samples.”

Outstanding results in thermal, mechanical, and degradation tests
In 2025, LONGi earned top results in several critical reliability categories, including Thermal Cycling (TC), Mechanical Stress Sequence (MSS), Potential Induced Degradation (PID), and LID+LETID (Light Induced and Light & Elevated Temperature Induced Degradation). LONGi was also one of just three manufacturers worldwide to receive the Top Performer rating in the PAN File test, which measures predicted energy output.

Only 21 module types globally achieved the Top Performer rating across all core reliability tests this year, placing LONGi in a select group of manufacturers consistently delivering high-performance and durable PV solutions.
