LONGi and Lemvigh-Müller forge landmark 70MW solar partnership to power Denmark’s green transition

Frankfurt am Main, Germany, 22^nd May 2025 – Global solar technology leader LONGi has entered into a landmark supply agreement with Lemvigh-Müller A/S, a Danish wholesaler with nearly two centuries of industry heritage. The agreement, signed at Intersolar 2025 in Munich on 7 May, will see LONGi deliver 70MW of its high-performance solar modules, including the new Hi-MO S10, Hi-MO X10, and Hi-MO 7 series, between May and December 2025.

This collaboration marks a significant step in Denmark’s push toward 100% renewable electricity by 2030. The supplied modules will be deployed across a range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects, underscoring the growing demand for reliable, high-efficiency solar technology in the region.

Three modules are tailored for three different application scenarios

The Hi-MO S10 (EcoLife Pro) from LONGi’s EcoLife Series is a high-efficiency residential module featuring HBC (Heterojunction Back Contact) cell architecture, combining HJT passivation with back contact light-trapping to reach 27.3% cell and 25% module efficiency. Offered in bifacial full black (LR7-54HJBB) and transparent (LR7-54HJD) versions, it delivers up to 510W output and 250W/m² power density—enhancing rooftop capacity by up to 9%. TaiRay wafers improve mechanical strength by 16%, while rear-side bipolar passivation reduces hotspot temperature by ~39% vs. TOPCon. With a -0.24%/°C temperature coefficient, 6000 Pa snow load, 3600 Pa wind resistance, and 30-year warranty, it sets a new benchmark for residential PV reliability and performance.

A highlight of the partnership is LONGi’s flagship Hi-MO X10 module, which recently earned the Smarter E Award 2025 in the Photovoltaics category. This back contact module features advanced interconnection technology, high efficiency of up to 24.8%, and enhanced aesthetics for both rooftop and C&I applications. The recent award underlines LONGi’s role as a global driver of solar innovation.
